Shipping Policy

Shipping only, no pickup

All sets are shipped within the United States only. There is no local pickup option; every order is mailed to the address you provide at checkout.

Processing & shipping time

Timelines begin after payment is received, since an order isn’t confirmed and production doesn’t start until then.

• Made-to-order sets (most of what I make) ship only after they’ve been handmade for you, so they need production time first. Ships in 5–7 business days after payment.
• If a design is already made, it still needs a little time to be packed and mailed. Ships in 1–3 business days.

Your shipping address

Please provide a correct, complete shipping address. Orders are mailed exactly as entered, and the shop isn’t responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible, before the order ships, so I can try to update it.

Tracking

When your order ships, I email you the tracking number so you can follow its delivery. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery times are in their hands.
