Order & Production Policy

Submitting a request
When you submit an order form, you’re sending a request, not a confirmed order. No payment is taken on the site at this stage. I review each request by hand before anything moves forward.
Orders are confirmed only after payment
Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. After I accept your request, I email a PayPal invoice or payment link. You’ll have about 48 hours from when the payment link is sent to complete payment. If payment isn’t completed by the deadline, the reservation is released and the slot may be offered to the next person.
Production starts after payment
Production begins only after payment is received, never before. Made-to-order and custom sets are handmade for you, so they require processing time before they can ship. Ships in 5–7 business days after payment.
The shop may decline an order before payment
Because every request is reviewed by hand, the owner may cancel or decline a request before payment if it can’t be fulfilled (for example, if materials are unavailable, a custom design isn’t possible, or capacity is full). If that happens, no payment is owed and you’ll be notified.
The waitlist & invite flow
When made-to-order slots are full, you can join a free, unpaid, invite-only waitlist. Joining is not an order and no payment is due. Here’s how it works:
- You join the waitlist for a design: no payment or commitment.
- When a slot opens, I email you an invitation with a private link to complete your order form.
- Invitations are time-limited; if you don’t respond in time, the slot may pass to the next person.
- After you submit the form, I review it and send a payment link. Your order is confirmed once you pay, and production starts after payment.
